Nexonvate works in 8 steps: requirement, research with technical experts, price discussion and finalisation, SOP and agreement with a 30% advance, UI design (about 40% of the timeline), UI review with 2 rounds of small changes and a second 30% payment, development (about 60% of the timeline), and a final review followed by the last 40% payment and handover.

How much advance does Nexonvate take?

30% of the project price is paid as an advance when the SOP and project documents are signed, 30% after the UI design is approved, and the remaining 40% after the final review, before handover.

How many revisions are included?

Accepted Answer

Two review rounds on the UI design and one final review before handover. Small changes such as colours, button sizes and fonts are included; new features, sections or changes to the technology or overall flow are paid additions priced as agreed in the SOP.

How long does a project take?

The timeline is agreed before work starts and depends on the scope. About 40% of it goes to UI design and reviews and about 60% to development, testing and the final review. A typical business website takes 2 to 4 weeks.

Question 5

Who owns the domain, hosting and code?

Accepted Answer

The client. Nexonvate buys the domain, hosting and other accounts in the client's name, and hands over the source code and access after the final payment.

Question 6

What happens if I want to add a feature during the project?

Accepted Answer

Anything not in the signed SOP is a change request. We quote it separately using the rates agreed in the SOP, and add it to the plan once you approve the price.
